Chris Lange
I graduated from the University of Manitoba from the Faculty of Kinesiology (yes, that would be a degree in Gym Class) in 2008 and later from the Faculty of Law in 2011, at which time I moved to the Okanagan in British Columbia to start a legal career. For some reason that my wife and family still can’t understand, I moved everyone back to Winnipeg and started my firm in 2014. Since 2014, the firm has grown from an office space in my house, where I had to pull a filling cabinet in front of the door to stop my two year old daughter from continuously opening it and disrupting my work day with her cuteness to its current state as Lange Law.
I focus my legal practice on the areas of real estate, wills, and estate administration, which has given me the privilege of presenting in front of groups and organizations on those topics, from financial institutions to small community groups. I am a committee member of like professionals reviewing and revising the Standard Offer to Purchase for Real Estate in Manitoba, I am an instructor with the Manitoba Real Estate Association for their realtor continuing education courses, a bencher with the Law Society of Manitoba, where I sit on several committees, and I am a public governor for the Manitoba Real Estate Association’s Shelter Foundation.
My greatest privilege in life is to be allowed to earn the love of my wife everyday, and after moving her back to Winnipeg, trust me, it is an uphill battle, and to raise our four children together, three of whom we like.
